采用人工控制模拟大田淹水,研究了淹水胁迫下乌桕、落羽杉、山核桃、水松4个树种在生长和形态特征上的响应。结果表明:(1)水松、落羽杉表现出较适应淹水的典型反应,在淹水茎部产生皮孔的膨大和不定根,试验结束时水松、落羽杉受淹的根系表现正常;乌桕、山核桃则表现出淹水胁迫下受到明显的伤害,叶片变小、叶片数量减少,叶片萎蔫、失绿、坏死、脱落;乌桕受淹根系部分腐烂,而山核桃受淹根系大部分腐烂,腐烂程度较乌桕严重。(2)涝处理不同程度地抑制了树种的苗高、地径、生物量、根干质量的积累,涝害指数、叶面积指数能够在一定程度上反映树种的耐涝性。(3)4个供试树种耐涝性可分为3个等级,抗涝型为水松、落羽杉,中等抗涝型为乌桕,不抗涝型为山核桃。
The effects of waterlogged stress on the growth and the morphological characteristics of four tree species were studied by the method of simulative experiments.The results showed that Glyptostrobus pensilis and Taxodium distichum displayed the typical reaction to the waterlogged stress,because the pores and the adventitious roots were produced in their flooded stems.However,Sapium sebiferum and Caraya illinoensis were obviously damaged under the waterlogged stress,because their leaves became smaller,wilted,and chlorosis and necrosis,and the number of were reduced.Some roots of S.sebiferum were rotted at the end of the experiment due to the waterlogged stress,while for C.illinoensis tree species,the roots were rotted more and severer.Waterlogged stress reduced the growth of height,ground diameter and roots of four trees to a certain extent,and the waterlogged index and the leaf area index could be used to indicate the waterlogged tolerance of species.Four tree species were divided into the waterlogged tolerance(G.pensilis and T.distichum),medium waterlogged tolerance(S.sebiferum) and non waterlogged tolerance(C.illinoensis).
