将数字图像相关方法用于测量含Ⅰ型裂纹Cr12MoV钢的断裂韧性。搭建了数字图像相关方法非接触光学测试系统,通过进行三点弯曲试验,得到了Cr12MoV钢试件裂纹尖端的位移场。从位移场提取了裂纹嘴张开位移,并通过P-V曲线得到Ⅰ型裂纹Cr12MoV钢的断裂韧性。将实验结果与传统COD引伸计测试结果进行对比,误差不超过10%,证明该方法是准确的。
The fracture toughness of Crl2MoV steel with mode I crack was measured by digital image correlation (DIC) method. The non-contact optical testing system with DIC was built and the displacement fields around the crack tip of Crl2MoV steel specimen were obtained by three-point bending tests. The crack mouth opening displacement was extracted from the displacement field and the fracture toughness of Crl2MoV steel with mode I crack was determined by P-V curve. The errors of measured results are less than 10% compared with the ones from traditional COD test, which proves that the proposed method is accurate.
