From the changes of library information services under the mobile network environment, ibis paper analyzes the characteristics and content of information service quality control of mobile library. Then it proposes the developing ideas and basic architecture of the information service quality control system according to the services operating mechanism and control system elements of mobile library. Finally, it takes mobile library of Wuhan University for example, and presenis its information service quality control from three perspectives of control starelard development, control technology application and control mechanism design.
