钙离子作为一种重要的细胞信号第二信使,在精子功能中起着重要的作用。在哺乳动物细胞质膜上存在多种钙离子通道,包括电压依赖性钙通道、精子的阳离子通道(cationchannel of sperm,CatSper)、环核苷酸门控通道、瞬时感受器电位通道、钙释放通道等。由这些钙离子通道调节的钙离子流动在精子功能中起重要作用,任意一类通道的失活都会导致精子功能的下降。本文主要综述近年来与精子功能有关的钙离子通道的研究进展。
Ca^2+ is an important cellular second messenger, which plays crucial role in sperm function. There are many Ca^2+ channels on plasma membrane in mammalian, such as voltage-dependent calcium channel, CatSper channel, cyclic nucleotides voltage-gated channel, transient receptor potential channel and calcium release channel etc. The affluxion of Ca^2+ has significant effects on sperm function which is regulated by the Ca^2+ channel. The sperm function can be breakdown with any channel inactivation. This review reports the recent development of investigation on Ca^2+ channel of sperm function.
