在生产要素自由流动的网络经济环境下,传统的治理理论已难以适用于具有开放结构的技术创新网络。社会资本理论为此项研究提供了新的方向,但是现有相关研究主要集中于对技术创新网络结构（强弱连接）的分析,并没有深入到对技术创新网络关系治理的研究。在此基础上,分析了不同结构下的技术创新网络关系治理方式,研究表明：有核技术创新网络主要以强连接为主,应当利用核心企业对网络进行权威型治理;无核技术创新网络主要以弱连接为主,应当利用网络成员间的信任对网络进行联合型治理。

英文摘要：

In the free movement of factors of production networks economic environment, Traditional management theory is difficult to apply in the open structure of technological innovation network. Social capital theory of technological innovation network management provides a new direction. However, existing studies mainly from the social capital structure of the peacekeeping angle connecting intensity of technological innovation network management structure for the breakdown Analysis.
