文中建立了一套时域范围内螺旋桨无空泡噪声的预报方法:将基于速度势的非定常面元法计算的螺旋桨表面压力分布作为无空泡噪声计算的输入量,采用声学FW-H方程的Farassat公式获得声压的时间历程,再通过离散傅里叶变换得出噪声的频谱图.通过对计算结果的比较和分析,得出螺旋桨在无空泡状态下,厚度噪声要比载荷噪声小得多,可忽略不计.载荷噪声和厚度噪声具有明显的指向性,载荷噪声声压级在桨轴方向最大,在桨盘面方向最小.
A suit of method aims to predict non-cavitating underwater propeller noise is built:the unsteady pressure of propeller blade surface is calculated by potential-based unsteady surface panel method.The time-dependent pressure data is used as input for Fowcs-Williams Hawkings formulation to predict acoustic pressure time history.Then noise spectrum is obtained by FFT.According to comparison and analysis of the computation results,conclusion can be made that sound pressure of thickness noise is much smaller than sound pressure of loading noise,so it can be ignored.The directivity of thickness noise and loading noise is evident,sound pressure level is highest at the direction of propeller hub and lowest at the direction of propeller disc.
