针对目前炼钢物流仿真系统的研究和应用现状,在确定系统开发目标的基础上,以统一建模语言UML为建模工具,对炼钢物流仿真系统进行功能需求分析及用例建模,并完成了系统的类图设计,以及作为动态模型的活动图和序列图的设计,最终开发了炼钢物流仿真软件。以攀钢炼钢厂的工艺流程为实例进行的仿真试验表明,该系统可为炼钢生产提供一种有效的辅助决策手段。
Focusing on the advance in research and development of simulation system for logistics in steelmaking process, based on the confined development goal, a simulation software for logistics in steelmaking process was developed. The procedure of the software development was introduced. The requirements analysis of the simulation system was described with UML modeling tool. The UML model of system design was built up. The simulation software for logistics in steelmaking process was developed. A simulation case for the process at the Vanadium Extracting and Steelmaking Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. was conducted. From the result of the simulation case, it is shown that the simulation system is valid and helpful for the computer-assistant decision-making for steel making production.
