Self-help mental health education mode is one of the basic types of the current mental health education modes. Self-help mental health education means that people seek a variety of ways to satisfy their psychological needs, promote mental development and maintain mental health. Based on the five aspects of mode components, namely the idea, objective, condition, procedure, evaluation and so on, this thesis analyzes and discusses construc- tion of self-help mental health education mode in vocational schools.
