采用尿素共沉淀法合成Tm,Ho:Gd3Ga5O12(Tm,Ho:GGG)纳米粉体,利用TG/DTA,XRD,SEM及电子衍射分析技术对Tm,Ho:GGG粉体的物相结构、热稳定性、粒度及形貌进行了分析.结果表明:所合成粉体为GGG相,1200℃获得了粒径均匀、分散性和流动性好纳米粉体,大小约50 nm~150 nm之间,有利于制备性能优异的Tm,Ho:GGG陶瓷.
Use urea co-precipitation method compound the gadolinium gallium garnet(Gd3Ga5O12,referred to as GGG) nano sized powder mixed with Tm,Ho,we analyze Yb: GGG powder phase structure,thermal stability,particle size and morphology by thermo gravimetric/ differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA),infrared spectroscopy(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(SEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that: the synthesis powder is GGG phase,we obtain the uniform particle size,dispersion and fluidity nano sized powders under 1 200 ℃,the size is between about 50-150 nm,it is good to prepare the high performance Tm,Ho: GGG ceramics.
