在吸收国内外研究成果的基础上，基于复杂性科学对组织知识管理系统的演化的机理、组织知识管理熵进行了富有创新性的研究。本文首先分析了组织知识管理系统的耗散结构特征、稳定性和结构失稳特征，然后研究了组织知识管理系统演化的诱发机制，非线性动力学机制，组织知识管理系统系统涨落的机理。文章指出组织知识管理系统的自演化过程就是一个涨落、分叉的过程。
英文摘要：
This paper, based on entropy theory- in complex science, makes creative achievements and conclusions on the induced mechanism of evolution of organization knowledge management system. First, this paper analyzes the features of dissipative structure of knowledge management system and studies the stability and instability features of it. Second, this paper analyzes the induced mechanism of evolution of organization knowledge management system. Based on its study on fluctuation mechanism of organization knowledge management system, it concludes that fluctuations trigger the evolution of organization knowledge management system. In the meantime, bifurcations appear in the system evolution. This paper studies the non-linear dynamic mechanism of evolution of organization knowledge management system.
