Precision tracking is a key technology in beacon's acquisition, pointing and tracking system of wireless laser communication. The precision tracking system's every part is introduced,it uses high frame rate CMOS camera to acquisition facula of the beacon, qualitative- force to calculate facula center, uses high speed DAC, PZT controller and high- precision galvanometer mirror as optical control system,and incremental PID algorithm as the tracking algorithm. Then using Altera's Cyclone series FPGA chip as the whole system's controller to develop a separate low - power portable precision tracking platform, which can meet the application of scientific research project.
