ZnO变阻器电气性能的提高对避雷器的运行可靠性起着主要作用。本文首先采用两种新型球磨工艺制备了细化的ZnO陶瓷变阻器的添加剂。并且通过改进粘结剂和无机/有机复合侧面绝缘层配方,使ZnO变阻器的残压比、2ms方波通流、4/10μs大电流冲击等电性能有了大幅度的改善。
Properties of ZnO varistors are very important for the reliability of arrester. In this paper, two novel ball-milling technologies were used to prepare fine additive powders of ZnO varistors. Then new binder is added to enhanee the density of the green bodies during the molding proeess. In addition, novel inorganie-organie insulative eomposite are eoated at the sides of the varistors. The properties of the residual voltage ratio, 2ms squarewave energy diseharge eapability and 4/10μs heavy impulse eurrent of the new ZnO varistor are improved remarkably.
