介绍了ADAMS与MATLAB联合仿真的方法,建立了微制造混合隔振平台的仿真模型。结果表明采用混合隔振方法降低了平台的振动加速度,提高了隔振平台的工作性能,能够满足工作要求。同时也说明,运用ADAMS和MATLAB的联合仿真方法无需建立系统动力学方程及推导控制系统的传递函数,为复杂系统动力学特性研究提供了新方法。
The method of co - simulation using ADAMS and MATLAB was introduced and the simulation model of vibration isolation station of micro - manufacture was built using it. The results indicate that the vibration acceleration of this station is reduced using mixed vibration isolation and the working performance is improved and can meet the requirement. The system dynamic equation establishment and transfer function computation can be avoided using this method. This supplies a new way for research the dynamic feature of complex system.
