随着高校的扩招,中国高等教育逐步走向大众化教育。如何发挥高校服务社会经济发展的功能,服务地方社会经济发展,已成为普通高等院校的大学生教育的基本出发点。培养具有创新精神的应用型人才是现阶段各普通高等院校对本科生的基本目标。本文以"基于MOS工艺的单级运算放大器电路设计"实验为例,阐述了如何通过实验过程及实验方式的改革将理论知识融入到集成电路设计专业的基本实验中,在常规实验里培养学生的创新思维方式,实现具有创新精神的应用型人才培养目标。通过对实验过程的改革,,学生在实验整个过程中不仅能将理论教学内容与实际电路设计流程融会贯通,而且能根据相关理论知识设计新电路结构,真正做到"学以致用"。
With the expansion of university enrollment, Chinese higher education has become more popular. How to make full use of university social service function of economic development has become the basic starting point of college students' education in general higher colleges. The stage target of colleges and universities is to cultivate innovative applied talents. Based on " Design of Single Stage Amplifier with MOS Technology" experiment, this paper gives a simple instruction to integrate the theory knowledge to basic experiments to realize the target of combining the application and innovation spirit into basic experiments. With the help of reform in the whole experiment, students need to combine theory knowledge with actual circuit design. What's more, students can put forward a new circuit with the help of theory knowledge so as to realize the target of learning to practice.
