地表沉降一直都是暗挖隧道施工中最为关键的问题,隧道施工过程中对地表沉降值的控制也越来越严格,已成为隧道开挖施工中的首要因素.综合隧道开挖施工中影响地表沉降的多个常见因素,在单因素影响地表沉降的基础上,利用多因素组合下正交设计的思想,结合实际工程案例,并用Midas软件进行模拟,分别对隧道施工中的开挖深度、开挖方式、支护方式3个因素进行考察,研究各因素对地表沉降的敏感性.结果表明,在本实际工程案例中,对于地表沉降最敏感的因素是隧道的开挖深度,其次是支护方式,最后是开挖方式.
It has been proved that surface subsidence is one of the most critical issues in tun- nel boring. The control of tunnel construction process on surface subsidence values is more stringent, so excavation and construction of the tunnel becomes a primary factor. With the help of the Midas software simulation, this paper didcusses tunnel excavation in several com- mon factors that affects surface subsidence based on a single factor of surface subsidence, ac- tual project case, investigates excavation depth, construction, excavation shoring way re- spectively, and studies various factors on the sensitivity of surface subsidence. The results show that tunnel depth is the most sensitive factor for ground subsidence, support, and the way of excavation. Therefore, this paper has some reference value for the actual construction in tunnel.
