抗茼药物的广泛使用引起的耐药问题已经成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题，本文通过对我国抗菌药物的应用现状及其所引发的问题进行分析，阐述近几年我国对抗菌药物使用过程中所出现的闸题采取的一系列措施，得出我国抗菌药物的滥用和不合理使用的情况仍然存在但已有一定的改善，并从学术层面和管理层面提出相关的建议。

英文摘要：

As the widespread use of antibiotics that aroused the drug resistance has become a global public health problem, this paper analyze the status of the application of antimicrobial drugs and the problems they caused, and elaborate a series of measures in recent years in China for the problem aroused by the use of antibiotics, finding that though the problem stiU exists, but has improved. Finally, the paper presents relevant recommendations from the academic level and management level according to the resuits.
