为了解决楔横轧生产工艺中的料头缺陷,运用DEFORM.3D软件建立了无料头辊剪制坯的有限元模型.并通过网格法阐明了辊剪制坯工艺的成形机理。通过改变轧辊的旋转速度改善了堆料情况,提高了坯料端面的成形质量。在工艺参数允许的情况下,堆料值随着旋转速度的减小而减小。此外,提高辊剪过程的稳定性,防止坯料轴向窜动.也是解决堆料问题的方法之一。研究结果能为无料头楔横轧生产提供理论依据。
In order to solve the stub bar defects in the cross wedge rolling (CWR) process, the finite element model of roll-cutting billet without the stub bar was established by using DEFORM-3D software. And the forming mechanism of the roll-cutting billet was elucidated by the grid method. Stacking was improved by changing the roll rotation velocity, and the forming quality of the billet end face was enhanced. Under the allowable process parameters, stacking value decreased with the decrease of the rotational velocity. In addition, improving the stability of the roll-cutting process to prevent the movement of the billet axial is one of the methods to solve the problem of stacking. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the cross wedge roiling production without the stub bar.
