本文发展了一种以气动函数为基础计算无导叶对转涡轮特性的方法。在常规涡轮特性计算方法的基础上,针对1+1及1+1/2对转涡轮的特点,分别提出了不同的处理方法,并对计算过程中需要考虑的问题及解决方法进行了详细的讨论。通过理论与数值研究相结合的方式,对提出的计算方法和编制的软件进行了验证。研究表明,经过改进的涡轮特性计算方法可以用于计算对转涡轮,且计算结果与商用软件数值结果吻合较好。
Based on the pneumatic function,a method of predicting the characteristics of vaneless counter-rotating turbines was developed.After evaluating the computational method of conventional turbine,two different methods were proposed,according to the characteristics of 1+1 and 1+1/2 counter-rotating turbines,respectively.The problems and solutions in those processes were also discussed.The proposed computational method and self designed software were verified in theory and via the numerical computation.Research shows that the modified computing method of turbine characteristics applies to the computation of counter-rotating turbines,and the results are in good agreement with those of commercial software.
