This paper studies the heterogeneous coagulation-fragmentation model which models the coagulation, fragmentation and diffusion of clusters of particles on d-dimensions integer lattices, and proves that there exists a uniqueness Feller process corresponding to the infinite dimensional coagulation-fragmentation model.
