建立了关于粉煤灰品质评价的多元灰色评价模型,以辽宁阜新发电厂粉煤灰为例,对粉煤灰品质进行了综合分析评价,并结合性能试验对评价结果进行了验证。结果表明:对所评价粉煤灰活性影响较大的品质指标的灰色关联度由大到小排序分别是:密度、细度、需水量比、烧失量。在预测粉煤灰品质优劣方面,GM(1,4)模型精度较高,可以实现对大中型发电厂粉煤灰的准确评价,这种基于灰色系统理论来实现粉煤灰品质的评价方法是可行的。
Take the fly ash of Fuxin power station for example, the multivariate grey evaluation model is established to evaluate quality of fly ash comprehensively, the evaluate result is validated combining performance test.The results indicate that the grey relational grade of rather influential quality indexes about activity of fly ash from high to low is ranked by density, fineness, water demand ratio,loss on ignition.On the prediction of fly ash quality,the model of GM( 1,4) has high precision,and can evaluate quality of fly ash of large and medium size power station accurately,the evaluation method base on theory of grey system for quality of fly ash is feasible.
