为了评价不同耦合剂对煤样超声波测试的效果,在无耦合剂和采用软橡胶、水、白凡士林以及蜂蜜为耦合剂条件下测试煤样超声波纵波波速、首波幅值,分析了超声波衰减系数。在采用不同耦合剂的测试条件下,研究结果表明:不同耦合剂黏度η和声阻抗值Z大小为η蜂蜜〉η白凡士林〉η水〉η无耦合剂〉η软橡胶,Z蜂蜜〉Z白凡士林〉Z水〉Z软橡胶〉Z无耦合剂;煤样超声波纵波波速V和首波幅值U大小为V蜂蜜〉V白凡士林〉V水〉V软橡胶〉V无耦合剂,U蜂蜜〉U白凡士林〉U水〉U软橡胶〉U无耦合剂;煤样超声波衰减系数α大小为α无耦合剂〉α软橡胶〉α水〉α白凡士林〉α蜂蜜。因此,在煤样超声波测试过程中,蜂蜜可作为最佳耦合剂使用,其次是白凡士林。
In order to evaluate the different couplants effect on ultrasonic test of coal samples,the ultrasonic longitudinal velocity and the amplitude of first wave of coal samples are tested without the couplants,and with the couplants of rubber heat shrinkable tube,water,white petrolatum and honey. The ultrasonic attenuation coefficient are analyzed. Under the condition of different couplants,the research results show that( 1) the sorting of the different coupling agent of the viscosity η and the acoustic impedance values Z separately are ηhoney〉ηwhite petrolatum 〉ηwater〉 ηno couplant〉 ηsoft rubber,Zhoney〉 Zwhite petrolatum 〉Zwater 〉Zsoft rubber〉 Zno couplant;( 2) the sorting of the coal samples' ultrasonic longitudinal velocity V and the amplitude of first wave U separately are Vhoney 〉Vwhite petrolatum 〉Vwater 〉Vsoft rubber〉 Vno couplant,Uhoney 〉Uwhite petrolatum 〉Uwater 〉Usoft rubber〉 Uno couplant;( 3) the sorting of the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient α of the coal samples is αno couplant〉 αsoft rubber〉 αwater〉 αwhite petrolatum〉αhoney. Therefore,Honey can be used as the best couplantt,followed by white petrolatum in the process of ultrasonic testing of coal samples.
