赣南脐橙幼果中的多酚与抗氧化活性

对赣南不同产地的脐橙幼果的多酚含量与抗氧化性的相关性进行比较研究,为脐橙幼果的深度加工利用提供科学依据。用Folin-酚法和亚硝酸钠-三氯化铝法分别测定来自赣南脐橙3个产地的6个不同地方的脐橙幼果的总酚含量和总黄酮含量,用自由基清除(DPPH)、铁离子还原(FRAP)和自由基抗氧化(ABTS)3种方法对各地方脐橙幼果果肉提取物的总抗氧化活性进行评价,并使用相关系数法分析总酚、总黄酮含量与抗氧化能力的相关性。结果表明,脐橙幼果中总酚和总黄酮含量分别为(11.02-17.14)mg/g,(5.01-7.60)mg/g。不同产区的脐橙幼果多酚的含量中,信丰产的脐橙幼果总酚含量和抗氧化能力明显低于安远和寻乌,总酚和总黄酮与抗氧化能力呈显著正相关性。赣南信丰和寻乌之间脐橙幼果的总酚含量、总黄酮含量和抗氧化能力具有显著性差异,均与安远的显著性在统计学没有意义,3个地区的脐橙幼果总酚、总黄酮和抗氧化能力均较好,其中安远的各项数据均较其他的地方高。

英文摘要:

Correlation between polyphenol content and antioxidation of Gannan navel orange fruit from different habitats were compared, to provide a scientific basis for the deep processing of navel orange fruit. Total phenolic contents and total flavonoid contents of Gannan navel orange fruit of 6 different places of three origin of navel orange young fruit were firstly compared by Folin-Ciocalteu reagent method and sodium nitrite-aluminium chloride method. the antioxidant activities of these navel orange young fruit were evaluated by using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radicals(DPPH), ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP), and 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiozoline-6)-sulphonic acid(ABTS) methods. The correlation between antioxidant capacity and phenolic content was measured with Pearson correlation coefficient. Results showed that total phenolic contents and total flavonoid contents navel orange young fruit varied from(11.02-17.14)mg/g,(5.01-7.60)mg/g. Navel orange in different regions of young fruit polyphenol content, Xinfeng navel orange young fruit's total phenolic content and antioxidant capacity significantly less than Anyuan and Xunwu, total phenol and flavonoids and antioxidant capacity showed significant positive correlation. Between Xinfeng and Xunwu navel orange young fruit of total phenolic content, total flavonoids content and antioxidant capacity had significant difference, and the significant of Anyuan in no sense of statistics, the three areas of the navel orange young fruit total polyphenols, flavonoids and antioxidant capacity, including Anyuan were higher than other places.
