The political theory course teachers in vocational colleges bear the task of systematic political theory education. Teachers＇quality and ability play invaluable roles for teaching validity and students＇ideological and polit- ical education. The political theory course teachers in vocational colleges are required to have not only the basic quality, i.e. higher moral quality but also positions quality, such as culture professional quality, teaching art qual- ity, practice teaching quality.
