用工作研究Ⅲ的方法对某眼镜生产厂的钛焊接生产线进行了分析。运用作业测定技术测定了主要工序的作业时间,找出了其中的瓶颈工序和其它需要改善的工序,给出了具体的改善方法。改善后,瓶颈工序的作业时间基本达到TT要求,其它工作时间超出TT值的工序也得到了控制。经过对比分析,改善后的工作效率和产品质量都有显著提高。
This paper applies the methods of Work Study to a certain glass company for analyzing the Ti-production line in order to find the bottleneck stations where the production efficiency is low, and then the improving methods is given. The work time of the bottleneck and other processes are controlled near the TT by Kaizen. Comparing with the former production line, implementation of these new strategies makes the production efficiency and quality improved greatly.
