针对水深500m、设计压力等级为34.5 MPa(5 000psi),设计温度为-18~121°条件下的立式采油树,研究C形锁紧环在锁紧过程中的变形量对其结构强度的影响。理论分析C形锁紧环在扩张过程中,其表面最大应力与C形环变形量之间的关系,得到简化公式。建立有限元计算模型,使用ABAQUS软件分析研究了C形锁紧环变形量对其强度的影响。结果表明:分析的结果与力学模型计算结果吻合较好,简化公式对初始设计具有一定参考性。
According to the 500 m depth condition of vertical tree,the design pressure is 5,000 psi and the design temperature is -18 to 121 degrees.During the analysis of expansion process,the relationship between deformation of C shape locking ring and its structural strength are studied.The relationship between the maximum stress and deformation of the surface,and simplified formula will be calculated.The finite element calculation model is established,and the influence of the deformation of the C shaped lock ring on its strength is analyzed with ABAQUS software.The results show that the analytical results are in good agreement with the calculated results of the mechanical model.
