The analytical model and the finite element numerical model are established in the research, and the simulation and analysis are carried out. The results show that the radial deformation is the function of axial position and radial stress is the function of radial position. The value and trend of finite element analysis method and analytical method are consistent, This can prove that the model of hydraulic cylinder is right in ANSYS. The integrated finite element analysis method based on steel wire winding heavy hydraulic cylinder not only greatly reduces the difficulty of computation and analysis, but also improves the accuracy of calculated result.
