新一轮的高考科目设置改革方案极大地强化了基础外语教学往实用方向和功能方向前进的目标,外语学科整体被推向:学业水平测试、综合素质评价的科学境地。本文基于学习型组织的构建来探索基础外语教学越过应试教育成为素质教育的背景下,中学外语教师专业发展的路径:一是基于学习型组织的中学外语教师团队学习;二是基于学习型组织的中学外语教师职业反思;三是基于学习型组织的中学外语教师心理认知顺应。
The subjects setting for the new round reform of college entrance examination greatly strengthened the transformation of the basic foreign language teaching to the target of the practical direction and functional direction. Especially,the whole curriculum has been pushed to the situation of the academic level test evaluation and the comprehensive quality evaluation. This paper,based on the learning organization building,is to explore the methods of teachers' professional development beyond the exam oriented education,and some suggestions are given,the first is to build up the team-learning,the second is to make self-examination,and the third is to get the right cognitive adaptation.
