为进一步细化和提高煤矿安全管理,运用模糊c-均值聚类算法(FCM)的分类功能对煤矿安全管理的等级进行预测;利用模拟退火算法(SA)、遗传算法(GA)来克服FCM的初值局部搜索问题,使之能够快速收敛到全局最优解。结果表明,SA-GA-FCM具有较高精度,能够较好地对煤矿组织管理因素的安全等级进行预测,对煤矿的安全管理具有较强的指导意义。
In order to further refine and improve coal mine safety management, the classification function of fuzzy c-average clustering algorithm (FCM) is used to forecast the level of coal mine safety management;Simulated annealing algorithm (SA) , genetic algorithm (GA) are used to overcome the FCM of initial value problems in local search, to allow rapid con- vergence to the global optimal solution. The results show that the SA-GA-FCM is of high precision, and can better predict the security level of organization and management factors in coal mine, which has a strong guiding significance for the coal mine safety management.
