英文摘要：

At present, the DOI identifier based on HANDLE is widely used in the management of human genetic resources both at home and abroad, however, such identifier management method lacks the capability of traceability. The coding standard of Standard PREanalytical Code （SPREC coding standard） has been developed by the International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories （ISBER） Working Group on Biospecimen Science, and more comprehensive identifier definition methods are thus achieved for genetic resource management. This study summarizes the research status in the field and illustrates the advantages of SPREC protocol, meanwhile, the definition method of sample information identifier and the data acquisition traceability method are explained concerned with the human resource platform based on the protocol, so as to provide reference for similar studies in the field.
