文章基于资源基础理论,探讨民营企业继任的三种模式:内部继任、职业经理人和团队继任模式,分析各种继任模式的特点,并构建民营企业不同继任模式的选择路径,针对不同继任路径的选择设置了前提条件。研究结果表明,民营企业继任已经从相对单一的子承父来走向子承父业、职业经理人与团队管理并存的局面,该研究为民营企业在不同权变条件下选择继任模式提供了借鉴。
In this paper, we talk about three main models of succession: internal succeeded, professional manager and team succeeded model, and made some simple analyses. According to Resource-Based View, we have built different selection path, and preconditions aimed at choices of different succession paths. We have got the results that Succession pattern in private enterprises has already shifted from the heir to father to the heir to father's businesses, along with simultaneously involving professional managers and managing teams, which has significant implications for private firm to choose appropriate succession pattern under differrent conditions,
