探索用β-环糊精(β-CD)包合春砂仁挥发油的最佳工艺条件,利用正交试验法进行摸索;用X-射线衍射法和电镜扫描的方法研究包合物的微观结构.通过小鼠灌药后扭体次数的变化,初步研究包合物的镇痛作用.实验结果表明,在油和β-CD质量比为1:12,包合温度为32℃,包合时间为2h的条件下包合结果最好;春砂仁挥发油的β-CD包合物是一种新的物相,其结构呈类棱柱状,非晶相;包合物对冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛有明显的抑制作用.
The optimal process for the inclusion of volatile oil for Amomum villosum Lour. by β-cyclo- dextrin (β-CD) was explored. And the optimal conditions were found out by orthogonal test. The micro- structure of β-CD inclusion was disclosed by both of X-ray diffraction and Scan Electronic Microscopy (SEM). Preliminary investigation of the analgetic action of the inclusion had been carried on by studying the effect of the inclusion on reducing the body twisting of stimulated rats caused by injection of acetic acid. It is shown that the optimal conditions for the inclusion process are: mass ratio of volatile oil to β- CD 1: 12, temperature 32 ℃, and inclusion time 2 h. Results from X-ray diffraction and SEM shown that the β-CD inclusion is a new phase and displays prism-like structure. Preliminary analgetic action study display that the inclusion is able to release the pain of the rats caused by injection of acetic acid apparently.
