Based on＂Pole-Axis＂theory,this paper analyzed the the distribution pattern of tourism resources,the characteristics of tourism market and the structure of traffic network in Xinjiang. Using location quotient and urban flow intensity calculation method defined the nodes of tourism development,established the axis of the tourism development and the spatial structure system and designed the tourism route in Xinjiang,so as to prove the reference on the regional cooperation in tourism and the sustainable development of the tourism industry in Xinjiang.
