Based on the data of sea ice grade in the Bohai Sea and North Yellow Sea of China and the subtropical high in the Pacific Ocean during 1975-2006, the statistic analyzing results show that the correlativity of sea ice grade and the subtropical high area and intensity of Aug. and Dec. is well. Their statistic relation is obtained by regression method, and the regressed results show that the ice condition will be mild when the subtropical high is strong. The statistic relationship has referenced significance for sea ice forecast of China.
