数据协调是基于过程模型对过程测量数据进行校正,得到满足过程模型约束的更为可靠和一致的过程数据。针对实际换热器网络过程变量众多的问题,该文基于换热器装置特点,实现了物料约束模型和能量约束模型的自动建立。基于双线性正交分解法进行了数据分类,并对换热器温度和流量变量进行数据协调,得到了已测冗余变量的数据协调值,以及可估计未测变量的估计值。
Based on the process model, the data reconciliation technology can be used to get more reliable and consistent data. Because of the large number of process variables in the real heat exchanger network, the material constraint model and the energy constraint model are built automatically based on the characteristics of the heat exchanger. Through the bilinear orthogonal transformation method, variables are classified and the data reconciliation is discussed in terms of an application to an industrial heat exchanger network. Finally,the redundant measured temperature and flow variables are reconciled, and the unmeasured variables are estimated.
