Zhao Yongli, born in 1981. He received the B.E. degree in communications engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2005, and won the qualification of direct candidate for the Ph. D. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2007.
