根据理论计算公式,计算了葵酸(CA)、月桂酸(LA)、肉豆蔻酸(MA)、棕榈酸(PA)和硬脂酸(SA)五种脂肪酸制备二元低共熔混合物的配比、相变温度,制备出了8种低共熔混合物,对它们在不同温度下的粘度进行了测试,并对粘度和温度的函数关系进行拟合,获得了可用于快速计算低共熔混合物在30~75℃范围内粘度的经验公式.
Based on the theoretical calculation of the mass ratios and phase change temperatures of fatty acid binary eutectic mixtures,8 kinds of eutectic mixtures were prepared with five fatty acids of capric acid (CA),lauric acid (LA),myristic acid (MA),palmitic acid (PA) and stearic acid (SA).Then the viscosities of the 8 eutectic mixtures at different temperatures were measured by the experimental investigation,and an empirical formula reflecting the linear relationship between the logarithm of viscosity and temperature was obtained for rapidly calculating the viscosity of an eutectic mixture in the temperature range of 30-75 ℃.
