Based on the theoretical calculation of the mass ratios and phase change temperatures of fatty acid binary eutectic mixtures,8 kinds of eutectic mixtures were prepared with five fatty acids of capric acid （CA）,lauric acid （LA）,myristic acid （MA）,palmitic acid （PA） and stearic acid （SA）.Then the viscosities of the 8 eutectic mixtures at different temperatures were measured by the experimental investigation,and an empirical formula reflecting the linear relationship between the logarithm of viscosity and temperature was obtained for rapidly calculating the viscosity of an eutectic mixture in the temperature range of 30-75 ℃.
