英文摘要：
To study the problems of principal-agent caused by asymmetric information of supply chain enterprises,from the perspective of the core relation of supply chain,buyer-supplier relation,an incomplete information games model is sets up.The ideas of signaling games is used to deal with behavior of two parties：buyers and suppliers,and analyzes different equilibrium conditions,which will provide the guidance to improve the efficiency and the accuracy of measurement of supplier s product quality.
