联合喷施壳聚糖与硫酸铜对烤烟化学成分的影响

为了研究喷施壳聚糖和硫酸铜对烤烟的协同效应,以中烟100为供试品种,在烤烟打顶后联合喷施不同浓度的壳聚糖与硫酸铜。结果表明:从常规化学成分含量及其协调性来看,各处理的总氮、氯和烟碱含量均在优质烟叶要求含量范围内,各成分的比例较为协调;从烟叶色素来看,除0.05%壳聚糖和0.1%CuSO_4·5H_2O(T4)处理的各色素含量减少外,其他处理的色素含量均增加;从致香成分来看,T2、T3和T5处理的烟叶致香物质总量增加,而T4处理的致香物质中除4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚含量增加外,其他香味物质含量均不同程度地减少,协调性较差。从整体上看,联合喷施0.05%壳聚糖和0.2%CuSO_4·5H_2O(T5)对烟叶的作用效果最佳,化学成分及比例协调性最好,尤其对类胡萝卜素类致香物质提升作用明显。

Taking Zhongyan 100 as the test material, this research sprayed different concentrations of chitosan and copper sulfate on fluecured tobacco after topping to study the synergistic effect of spraying chitosan and copper sulfate on the flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that in terms of the contents of conventional chemical components and the coordination, the contents of total nitrogen, chlorine and nicotine were within the range of high quality tobacco leaf standard, and the proportion of all components was harmonious; from the aspect of tobacco leaf pigments, the content of pigments increased in all treatments, except the T4 treatment with 0.05% chitosan and 0.1% CuSO_4·5H_2O; from the perspective of aromatic components, the total content of these components in tobacco leaves in T2, T3 and T5 treatments increased, while in the T4 treatment, the contents of all aromatic substances decreased at different levels except 4-Vinyl-2-methoxyphenol, and the coordination was relatively bad. On the whole, the T5 treatment of spraying 0.05% chitosan and 0.2% CuSO_4·5H_2O had the best effect on tobacco leaves, which was of optimum chemical components and coordination, and especially improved the aromatic substances of carotenoids obviously.
