通过尝试将ECC替换HRB500高强钢筋混凝土梁的受拉区来弥补高强钢筋混凝土梁结构中受拉区裂缝过宽和高强钢筋应力得不到充分发挥的不足,进行了两组共5根梁试件的正截面受弯承载力试验,发现ECC的加入确实能够改善以上缺点,且ECC对叠合梁的受弯承载力和弯曲韧性的影响受尺寸效应的影响。用ABAQUS软件,在第二组试验的基础上,模拟了6根梁试件的正截面受弯破坏试验。通过对提取的应变、应力分析,结合经济性原则,最后认为ECC的适宜浇筑高度在1/4H左右。
For the high strength reinforced concrete beams,the crack width in tensile areas is too large and the high strength steels always cannot perform fully. In order to make up the deficiencies above,ECC is used to substitute the tensile areas and two groups with 5 specimens are tested for normal cross section flexural capacities.The experimental results show that the use of ECC could really improve the disadvantages,and its effects on composite beams' s flexural capacity and toughness are also affected by the sizes of beams. Furthmore,on the basis of the second group,the flexural capacity experiments of 6 specimens are simulated through ABAQUS. Finally,by analysing the extracted strains and stresses,considering the cost,it is concluded that the appropriate casting height of ECC is about one fourth of the composite beam's height.
