低温保存动脉应力松弛实验研究

探讨低温保存对动脉管壁黏弹性的影响。使用美国TA公司的动态热机械分析仪(DMTAMarKIV)测定了低温保存家兔颈总动脉和新鲜对照组的松弛曲线,得到了低温保存动脉和新鲜对照组的归一化应力松弛函数。结果表明,控制应变水平为50%,低温保存动脉应力衰减明显快于新鲜对照组。经过约5min衰减后,新鲜对照组动脉尚可保持初始应力的40%到70%,而低温保存动脉只能保持初始应力的0~20%。

英文摘要:

To discuss the effect of cryopreservation on the viscoelasticity of artery wall. The relaxation behaviors of the cryopreserved and fresh arteries were comparatively studied by experiments with the dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer (DMTA MARK IV,TA Instruments,New Castle,Delaware, USA). The experimental results showed that the stress attenuation of the cryopreserved arteries were more rapid than that of the fresh ones when the strain was fixed at 50%. And the fresh artery still kept about 40% - 70% of its initial stress,while the cryopreserved artery only held up about 0 - 20% of its initial stress 5 minutes later.
