Using the Chinese remainder theorem and the decomposition theorem for the structures of the residue class ring mod n and its unit group, the precise values of n and the group structures of U （Zn ） are discussed and determined for some cases in which the order of U （Zn ） is equal to 2pqr, where p, q and r are prime numbers （not necessarily distinct）.
