模糊规划是资源分配、优化决策等众多领域广泛存在的问题,是当今学术界和应用领域的热点研究内容。在分析模糊规划的本质特征以及现有方法的特点和不足基础上,针对目标和约束的综合处理问题,提出了综合效应函数的概念,给出了综合效应函数的公理化体系,建立基于综合效应的模糊规划问题一般求解模式,并结合实例进行了分析,结果表明该方法不仅包容了现有的模糊规划方法,而且可以有效地将决策意识融入求解的过程中,在复杂系统优化、人工智能等众多领域具有较强的应用前景。
Fuzzy optimization is a well-known optimization problem in artificial intelligenee, manufacture and management. In this paper, by analyzing the essential characteristic of fuzzy programming and the deficiencies of the existing methods, we propose the concept of synthesizing effect function for processing objective function and constraints, and further we give an axiomatic system for synthesizing effect function. Finally, we establish a general solution mode based on synthesizing effect function for fuzzy programming problem, and analyze the mode by two examples. All the results indicate that our method not only includes the existing methods for fuzzy programming, but also effectively merges the decision preferences into the solution, so it can be widely used in many fields such as complicated system optimization and artificial intelligence.
