葡萄糖水热还原法制备铜粉

以葡萄糖为还原剂,CuO为铜源,PVP为添加剂,NaOH为中和剂,采用水热还原法制备铜粉,研究反应液中NaOH的浓度、葡萄糖的浓度、反应时间及反应温度对铜粉的形貌与物相组成以及粒度与抗氧化性能的影响.结果表明,当反应溶液中NaOH的质量浓度ρ(NaOH)小于120 g/L时,或葡萄糖的质量浓度小于270 g/L时,或反应时间不足6 h时,CuO不能完全被还原为金属铜,产物中存在氧化亚铜.NaOH浓度与葡萄糖的浓度以及反应温度对铜粉粒度都有显著影响.随ρ(NaOH)增加,铜粉粒度增大,团聚加重,而随葡萄糖浓度增加或反应温度升高,铜粉粒度减小.在ρ(葡萄糖)为315 g/L,ρ(NaOH)为120 g/L,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为6 h条件下可制得平均粒径为4.039μm的类球形铜粉,该铜粉的起始氧化温度为190℃,具有较好的抗氧化性能.

The preparation of copper powder with hydrothermal reduction method was investigated by using glucose as reducing agent, CuO as copper source, PVP as additive, and NaOH as neutralizer, and the effects of the concentration of NaOH and glucose, reaction time and reaction temperature on the morphology, phase compositiom, particle size and antioxidant properties of the products, were studied. The results show that when the concentration of NaOH is less than 120 g/L, or the concentration of glucose is less than 270 g/L or the reaction time is less than 6 h, CuO can't be reduced to metallic copper completely since there is cuprous oxide existed in the products. The concentrations of NaOH and glucose and reaction temperature have a significant effect on the particle size of the product. The particle size of the products gradually increases and the particles agglomerate obviously with increasing the concentration of NaOH, however, the particle size gradually decreases with increasing reaction temperature and concentration of glucose. Under the condition of 315 g/L glucose and 120 g/L NaOH with PVP as additive, spherical copper powder with the average particle size of 4.039μm is obtained at 120℃ for 6 h. The obtained copper powder has better oxidation resistance with the initial oxidation temperature higher than 190℃.
