提出一种复合多路的flash存储结构CMFSA,在此基础上研究了系统故障失败后flash文件系统的快速恢复机制以及自适应多路并行存储问题.实验结果表明,CMFSA在系统故障后可实现快速启动,与其他算法相比,自适应算法在减少写等待的同时保证了多芯片间的损耗均衡性.
New adaptive compound multi-bank flash storage architecture (CMFSA) for embedded system was proposed. Fast start-up technique for crashed embedded systems, along with the related problems such as adaptive muhi-bank writing, was studied based on CMFSA. The experimental results show that CMFSA is efficient for crashed embedded systems to achieve fast start-up, and adaptive multi-bank writing reduces page-writing wait compared with other algorithms while ensuring the wear-leveling property between NAND flash chips.
