采用微波烧结技术在TE103单模谐振腔中对WC-10Co硬质合金的烧结工艺进行研究探索。实验结果表明:微波磁场下烧结WC-10Co硬质合金的升温速率比在电场下烧结快,但温度只能升至1 160℃左右;微波电场下烧结时试样在610℃脱蜡20 min,再升温到1 320℃保温15 min,可以得到性能较好的合金。
The technology of WC-10Co cemented carbide was sintered by Microwave Sintering in the TE103 single-mode cavity. The sesults show that the heating rate in the microwave magnetic field is faster than in the microwave electric field, but the temperature only rose to 1 160 ℃ ; the good property cemented carbide was obtained while keeping dewaxing temperature of 610 ℃ for 20 min and keeping sintering temperature of 1 320 ℃ for 15 min in the electric field.
