近年来，服务外包的概念及相关理论得到了广泛应用，并成为理论界关注的热点话题。本文以“outsourcing”为关键词，检索SSCI数据库中1990年至2013年间所有服务外包理论研究文献并按被引频次由高到低进行排列，选择其中被引频次最高的30篇文献进行科学计量和社会网络分析。研究结果表明，目前服务外包的理论研究形成了特色鲜明的三大研究领域，但其理论研究体系同质化程度明显而集中趋势不够，整个理论体系不够稳定和成熟，正处于一个学科知识线性积累的成长阶段。为此，要加强服务外包的基础性研究，重视社会背景研究，拓宽服务外包理论研究的技术背景。

英文摘要：

Recently, the concept of outsourcing and related theories have been applied widely and become a hot topic in the theoretical circle. This article takes ＂outsourcing＂ as the key word, searches all theoretical literature on service outsourcing from 1990 to 2013 in SSCI data base, arranges the cited frequency from the highest to the lowest in SSCI data base, and selects thirty papers with the highest cited frequency to conduct analysis on scientific measurement and social network. The results show that theoretical study on outsourcing has formed three fields of study with distinctive characteristics, but the extent of homogenization of theoretical study system becomes obvious and the trends of clustering have been far beyond satisfied, the whole theoretical system is not stable and matured, and it is now at the growth stage of linear accumulation of disciplinary knowledge. As a result, it is necessary to strengthen the basic study of outsourcing, pay attention to the study of social background, and expand the technical background of theoretical study on outsourcing.
