为解决大功率LED的散热问题,设计一种方形散热器,以传热理论为基础,采用基于有限单元法的数值计算方法,通过单一变量法对大功率 LED 采用空气冷却时的散热过程进行数值模拟,分析方形散热器结构参数对散热性能的影响规律并进行结构优化。研究结果表明:底板边长为90 mm、底板厚度为6 mm、翅片数量为22以及翅片高度为50 mm的方形散热器具有最佳的散热效果。
Based on heat transfer theory, the square radiator was designed to solve the thermal problem of high-power LED. Numerical simulation of high-power LED cooling process under air cooling was conducted. Based on numerical methods of finite element method, the single variable method was applied in the numerical simulation. The influence of square radiator structure parameters on cooling performance was analyzed and its structure was optimized. The results show that the square radiator has the best radiator effect when the plate fins is 22, the fin height is 50 mm, the side length of bottom board is 90 mm, and the thickness of bottom board is 6 mm.
