The information systems that the information is incomplete and the decisions are fuzzy exist in many applications. The concept of incomplete and fuzzy decision information systems based on incomplete approximation space and fuzzy decision information system is p , and the rough set model of incomplete and system is given by use of the non-symmetric similarity relation. The model is the generalization of rough set model of fuzzy decision information system in complete space and of rough set model of incomplete information system, and is superior to the rough set model of incomplete and fuzzy decision information systems based on tolerance. Additionally, the related concepts and the algorithm of knowledge reduction are introduced.
