英文摘要：

This paper studies the effects of relational assets on synergy of strategic alliances by SEM based on IJV of China＇s auto industry. It reveals that relational assets have a direct impact and an indirect impact though the system structure on synergy of strategic alliance. But synergy of strategic alliances is not significantly positive related to relational assets and the system structure of strategic alliance although the effects of relational assets on the system structure of strategic alliances are positive.
