本文利用团簇结构信息来探索Al基三元准晶的成分规律。首先以晶体金属间化合物为例,利用基于二元团簇的团簇线方法,解释了其成分。然后将此方法运用在Al-(Cu,Ni,Pd)-过渡族金属三元准晶系中。最后将团簇线的含义进一步归纳为普遍规律和基本理论。
The structural information in the 1 st nearest neighbor shell level,or atomic cluster,was used to explore the composition rules of Al-based ternary quasicrystals which are composed of elements with negative enthalpies of mixing.We first illustrated a crystalline intermetallic example,where our cluster line approach explains the ternary phase composition using two binary 1 st-shell clusters.Then we shown how this approach applied in Al-(Cu,Ni,Pd)-TM ternary quasicrystal systems.Finally we summarized the implications of the cluster line approach into more general rules and basic theories.
